Ingredients
500 g boiled chicken, cut in strips
6 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
500 g mixed vegetables, raw or frozen
100 g noodles
Method of Preparation
In a large pan, add chicken to broth and bring to boil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover pan and cook over low heat for 20 more minutes.
Serve hot.
Tip: If the chicken was not previously prepared, start by boiling 500 g of chicken breast.
If chicken broth is not available, use 2 fat-free chicken broth cubes in 1 liters of water and remove salt from recipe.
You can add any other kind of vegetables.
