Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 cups cooked lentils
6 cups water
2 cups (100 g) tagliatelle
1 portion coriander and garlic
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Method of Preparation

In a large pan, heat oil, add onions and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add garlic and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
Add lentils, cover with water. Bring to boil.
Add remaining of ingredient and mix well.
Cook for 30 minutes over low heat or until mixture thickens.

Serve hot.

Tip: If lentils were uncooked, start by boiling 3/4 cup of dried lentils.
