Ingredients
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sumac
2 large tomatoes, diced
4 cucumbers, diced
bunch mint leaves
bunch parsley leaves
1 bunch watercress leaves
10 lettuce leaves, shredded
5 radishes, sliced in rounds
1 medium loaf pita bread, toasted
Dressing
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons grape vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
Method of Preparation
Scrub onions with sumac.
Add vegetables gradually and mix.
Cut bread into small squares.
Mix half of the bread with vegetables.
Mix dressing ingredients.
Add to vegetables and mix gently until evenly distributed.
Serve cold.
Garnish with the remaining bread.
