Gradually increase the duration and intensity of the workout.
Listen to music in order to keep you busy.
Wear comfortable well fitted footwear.
Put on loose-fitted clothing, appropriate for weather conditions.
Avoid overdressing in the summer time.
Forget about elevators or escalators.
Take the stairs as a great way to burn calories.
Find opportunities to increase your walking distances.
Park your car as far as you can from your work or destination store.

 

 
 
 
SWIMMING is a type of activity recommended, especially for people with arthritis and excess body weight.
