• The BMI is a method that helps you evaluate your weight relatively to your height.
• The BMI calculation is intended for use with adults between 18-65 years old.
• The BMI method is not applicable to:
   Individuals under 18 years old (did not reach full growth).
   Pregnant and lactating women.
   Adults over 65 years old.
   Bodybuilders.

Tips for accurate weight measurements
• Always weigh yourself first thing in the morning before eating and/or drinking anything and   after a bowel movement if possible.

Bring cooking water to a boil before adding vegetables. Allowing water to heat up slowly with the vegetables in it destroys more nutrients.
